Shipping
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of when the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Fast: 3–5 business days
- Fast-ish: 5–8 business days
- Lightening fast: 1–2 business days
Please note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed, please check the tracking info. Sometimes carriers experience delays beyond our control.
- If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier.
- If a package is lost in transit, reach out to us at orders@feelslikejuly.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to orders@feelslikejuly.com and we will facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please include pictures of the broken item and shipping box as we will need both to file the claim.
All damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We cannot accept damage claims after that timeframe.
Address Issues
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an issue, email us ASAP at orders@feelslikejuly.com, and we’ll do our best to update the shipping details before your order ships.
If a package is returned to us due to misinformation on the shipping address or failed delivery attempt, you are responsible for the re-shipment fees.
Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any orders due to merchandise availability.
