Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back to us by the 14th). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
Additional Information:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original for a refund.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to orders@feelslikejuly.com and we will facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please include pictures of the broken item and shipping box as we will need both to file the claim.
All damage claims must be received within 3 days of receiving the shipment. We cannot accept damage claims after that timeframe.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
