This is the best haldi doodh I've ever had! I've tried making my own and purchasing from other brands but this one just has an earthiness and a depth I can't quite describe. It's very soothing at the end of the day or when I'm not feeling well.

it's a perfect way, with a dab of local honey, to start my work day. the flavor only gets deeper throughout the morning in my thermos. i have many of their spices and love this one too!

This is a magical melding of spices that I simply can’t do without! It is incredibly calming and delicious. I use it to make a spiced chai, but have also mixed it into vanilla ice cream. I imagine it would be good in yogurt as well.

I am drinking it mixed with coconut milk and local honey every night before bed and it’s sweet dreams.

This was great, so maybe Sihdu made it and I just didn't get the name. Anyway, It was great hot when I made it and then I let it cool and put it over ice. Just as great. You can taste the individual spices but it also has its own distinct flavor. Will need to get the larger can next time. Will have to try it in some baked goods.

Spicy without being overbearing, piquant without overpowering the palate, satiating without dulling the appetite. It has a clarity and poise seldom found in less careful preparations. The perfect refreshment. Great in cocktails. The dainty tin is a spark of joy every time I open my tea cupboard. Beauty as practice, personified.

A friend gave me some haldi doodh last year. I didn't know a turmeric drink could be so tasty. I polished the first jar off quickly and bought a chef's tin for this season. It's a wonderful warming drink for the fall and the changing of the seasons. The balance of spices is amazing. When I ran out and tried to make some on my own, I couldn't come close to the flavor.

So much depth, layer upon layer. Instantly signed up for restock of the big tin. I prepared in about 8oz of hot whole milk, 2 heaping teaspoons of spice, and about 10g of date syrup, frothed. I'll use less or no sweetener next time: the fennel might be enough.

Never had anything like this before, so I took a risk cause I really enjoy other products from Diaspora. Really happy it worked out cuz this is a really delish drink. Especially when I want something warm and cozy but not as sweet as hot cocoa. I add just a touch of sugar and it hits the spot.

I add some of this every morning with my milk and coffee- delicious and warming! Great on its own, too, with just milk and a little sweetener.

This blend is absolutely spectacular. I am fortunate to get fresh, real milk from a farm and when I add the Haldi Doodh to it (warmed) with a little honey it tastes like magic! I will add the new tins are tough to open, so be careful. I am hoping they will go back to the jars, even though the tins are beautiful. For me they aren’t practical. So why still give 5 stars? Because the quality of the products and ethos of the company deserve it.

I love the freshness and complex flavors of Diaspora's Golden Milk!

After purchasing different spices that I already know of, but haven't tried from Diaspora Co, I figured I'd see how this Golden Milk is. I've never had it before and wasn't sure if I'd pass it on to a neighbor....I tried it tonight w/o & w/ Madhur Jaggery, and it was AMAZING either way!!! I definitely need to order both, the Golden Milk AND the Madhur Jaggery and soon! The spices in the Golden Milk are awesome, like herbal tea but different and sometimes better! Madhur Jaggery is sweet, but not like reg sugar, it's awesome as well!

I am in love with Diaspora's Chai Masala and thought I would go out on a limb and try the Golden Milk blend. It was so much more complex and delicious than I expected, and makes for a very comforting beverage. My new evening favorite for when I am not keen on caffeine. Well done, Diaspora!
